Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ANE Awards, we value your trust and commitment. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Registration & Nomination Fees

All registration, nomination, and participation fees for ANE Awards are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, it cannot be canceled, withdrawn, or refunded.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that ANE Awards is canceled or postponed by the organizers due to unavoidable reasons (such as government restrictions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, the organizers will either reschedule the event or provide an alternative arrangement. No monetary refund will be issued.

3. Participant Withdrawal

If a nominee or participant chooses to withdraw after registration, no refund or credit will be provided.

4. Transfer of Participation

Participation is strictly limited to the registered individual or organization and cannot be transferred to another person/entity.

5. Agreement

By registering and making payment for ANE Awards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
